2. Approval & Instructions

3. Send the Product Back
   • Ship the item to our return address:

   • Ensure the package is properly sealed and protected during transit.
4. Processing & Refund/Exchange
   • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
   • If approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund within 7-10 working days.
